This could be a screenshot or photo of the confirmation message you received when you got your place. As long as we can see you have a place in the race, you are entered into the competition.

The treatments and sessions in the prize must be used by 30/09/2020.

How we determine the winner of the prize

Each entry email will be allocated a number according to the order they appear in the info.helpinghandshealth@gmail.com inbox.

At 17:00 on 31st March 2020 the random number generator (which can be found on the website www.random.org ) will be used to randomly generate the winning number from the total number of entries.

The corresponding email address/entrant to the winning number will then be notified of their success by email by 17:00 on Wednesday 1st April.

The winner has 7 days or until 17:00 on Wednesday 8th April to acknowledge that they are the winner of the prize.

Acknowledgement of winning the prize can be via email to info.helpinghandshealth@gmail.com or by phone to 07 377 689 237. The email or phone message simply needs to say ‘I received the email which informed me I was the winner of the prize’.

If the winner fails to acknowledge that they have won the prize by 17:00 on Wednesday 8th April then another winning number will be selected using the random number generator on the www.random.org website.
